This e-commerce website allows customers to purchase online the products marketed by Olimia Sicilia.
By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the shipping procedures, and the returns policy.
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
All orders are subject to the actual availability of products at the time the order is confirmed.
Should an ordered product become unavailable, the customer will be promptly informed and may choose between:
product replacement;
issuance of a store credit voucher;
refund of any amount already paid.
Shipments are carried out through the specialized courier:
Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE)
Orders are generally entrusted to the courier within 2–5 business days from payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the website.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the time of year, customs procedures, and circumstances beyond Olimia Sicilia’s control.
Deliveries are made on business days, from Monday to Friday.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process before the final order confirmation.
For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, administrative charges, or fees required by the authorities of the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping costs indicated on the website.
Such charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Olimia Sicilia cannot predict or guarantee the amount of any customs duties or fees imposed by individual countries.
Upon delivery, customers are invited to verify:
the integrity of the packaging;
the absence of visible transport damage;
the correspondence between the received goods and the order placed.
Any anomalies must be reported immediately to the courier and communicated to Olimia Sicilia within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs and any relevant documentation.
Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication by email indicating:
order number;
purchaser’s details;
products for which the withdrawal is requested.
Products must be returned:
intact;
unused;
in their original packaging;
complete with any accessories and documentation.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Once the integrity of the returned goods has been verified, Olimia Sicilia will issue the refund within the time limits established by applicable law.
For hygiene, food safety, and product quality protection reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
opened products;
sealed packages that have been opened after delivery;
food products that have been used, even partially;
products deteriorated due to improper storage by the customer;
customized products or products made upon the customer’s specific request.
In such cases, Olimia Sicilia reserves the right to refuse the refund and return the goods to the sender.
If the customer receives products damaged during transport or products that do not conform to the order placed, they must notify Olimia Sicilia within 48 hours of delivery by providing detailed photographic documentation.
Following the necessary checks, Olimia Sicilia may, at its discretion, replace the product or refund the corresponding amount.
Olimia Sicilia shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by:
force majeure events;
strikes;
logistics disruptions;
customs inspections;
natural events or disasters;
causes not directly attributable to the company.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Catania (Italy), except where otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection laws.
